1. Acquire fresh bagasse pulp

2. Pulverization

3. Add two additives
Stir with oil proof & water proof additives that are in line with food contact safety requirements.
4. Moulding
Machines run, and the bagasse pulp tableware is molded.
5. Trimming
Trim the edge of the biodegradable tableware to make them neat.
6. Sterilization
Sterilize the molded biodegradable disposable products.
7. Packaging
The biodegradable disposable products are ready for shipment after encasing in a 5- layer.
